Jade Kenyon 200-RYT

Jade here! I am a 200RYT from Flying Lotus, Canton NY and certified in Yin Yoga.  I’m a fun-loving and enthusiastic teacher and I like to bring that energy to the mat. I like to allow all students to take control of their practice while in class, encourage exploration, and challenge their bodies, heads, or hearts…whatever is needed. Expressive Flow is for all levels, regardless of where you are on your yoga journey. This class encourages everyone to explore the edges of their movement, bringing your own rhythm to the mat!
