Chef Eileen was trained as an executive chef at Central Piedmont Community College, Culinary School in Charlotte. She has over 20 years culinary experience in fine dining and high-volume sports and entertainment events. Her most recent position was as adjunct professor at Culinard Culinary school in Greensboro. She taught students the skills necessary to work in the culinary field. She has appeared in numerous local radio and television spots promoting specialty foods showcased at major events.

Prior to joining Culinard, Chef Eileen was Executive Chef at Lowes Motor Speedway. She led many exciting events in addition to NASCAR including Super Bowl XLIII, Cirque de Sole, Wachovia Golf Tournament (now Quail Hollow Tournament), and Charlotte Bobcats events at Time Warner Cable Arena. The specialty catering required at these events, the unique food, and “upscale” presentation was an exciting addition to her large-scale catering experience.

She was able to showcase her talent and passion for cooking when she was asked to join “Race Across America” bicycle team. She served on the Board of Directors and was instrumental in writing and teaching healthy recipes for Kids Heart Felt Health (501c). When she is not cooking, Chef Eileen enjoys working on creative projects, playing pickleball, the outdoors, reading, sewing, and spending time with her husband and adult children.
